Crunchy granola biscuits

These biscuits are crunchy, tasty and easy to make. Try it yourself with my simple to follow recipe. They make the perfect healthy-ish snack Author: The Modern Gastronomer
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 150g Butter
- 100g Plain flour
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 380g Granola
- 200g Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 50g Raisins
- 1/4tsp Cinnamon powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to gas mark 4 (177c ) and line a baking tray
- In a bowl whisk the butter and sugar together in a large bowl until it's pale and fluffy.
- Beat 2 eggs in a separate bowl and gradually add them to the butter and sugar
- Sift your flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon into the bowl with your butter and sugar
- Pour the granola into the bowl and mix thoroughly. You may want blend the granola if the pieces are very large.
- Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined baking trays and use the back of a spoon to flatten them down. Ensure you leave enough space between each spoonful because they expand in the oven.
- Bake them in the oven for 15- 20 minutes till they are golden brown.
- Let them cool and enjoy with some tea or Dalgona coffee
